It's win or go home! Let's lock in!
Flush It. Fix It. Finish It.
Last week’s loss to Orange stung — and it should. Not because we got outplayed, but because we beat ourselves in too many critical moments.
- A technical foul.
- A push-off offensive foul.
- A sideline out-of-bounds mistake at the worst possible time.
- A slip that turned into another turnover.
Those aren’t talent problems.
Those are focus problems.
Those are discipline problems.
Those are details problems.
And here’s the good news: every one of those miscues is fixable. Easily fixable. But only if we’re willing to be honest, own it, and lock in.
We don’t need to hang our heads. We don’t need to point fingers. We don’t need excuses.
We need growth.
The best teams don’t avoid adversity — they respond to it. They learn from it. They sharpen because of it. We acknowledge what happened, we correct it, and we move forward stronger.
Because now, the season enters a different phase.
This week, we have an opportunity to do something that has never been done in Seaforth history:
Win the Conference Tournament.
That’s legacy.
That’s banner-worthy.
That’s something nobody can ever take away from you.
But it won’t happen if we stay stuck on last week.
So here’s the mindset:
Flush that game down the toilet.
Learn the lesson. Keep the hunger.
And put your full focus on Tuesday.
Most likely, we’ll see Orange again. And if we do, good.
Because now we get our chance to respond the right way.
No more careless mistakes.
No more mental lapses.
No more giving away free points.
No more playing “almost.”
Now it’s tournament basketball.
And tournament basketball is simple:
Win… or go home.
Every practice matters.
Every possession matters.
Every decision matters.
This is where we become the team we’ve been building all season.
Let’s lock in.
Let’s play smart.
Let’s play together.
Let’s play with discipline.
And let’s go make history.
